Where strategy meets story
AI and innovation are reshaping industries — but technology alone doesn't build trust. The organizations earning it are the ones who can communicate what it means for the people it's meant to serve. That's the work I do: translating complexity into clarity through powerful customer storytelling.
Some clients need a senior partner who can hold the whole picture: brand voice, media relations, internal communications, crisis readiness, and content strategy — all moving in concert. I bring experience from inside the world's most admired brands to this work, and I treat it as one integrated system rather than a stack of tactics.
The companies I'm most energized by are the ones where technology and human need finally meet — where innovation isn't the point, but the people it serves are. I know what it feels like to root for the outcome, not just deliver the product. And for clients doing this kind of work, that distinction shows up in everything we build together.
How I got here
My career has been one of my biggest adventures. I've spent a week with engineers aboard the USS Nimitz, accompanied a journalist on a C-130 flight, led nutrition programming with Campbell's chefs, and run corporate events with the world's best flight attendants — all for work. Some highlights include:
At Delta Air Lines, I served as a senior communications lead for the Global Sales division, crafting messaging for seven members of the C-suite and building communications strategy for an annual signature event that brought together 400 international customers representing more than $23 billion in annual revenue.
At The Campbell’s Company, I directed media relations, internal communications, and crisis communications for the company's $650M North America Foodservice business — including serving as company spokesperson.
At Upwork, I drove the Customer Advocacy Program — the engine that powered customer storytelling for an award-winning content marketing team.
The common thread, then and now: complex organizations, high-stakes narratives, and the discipline to translate one into the other.
